Domestic Violence and Supervision

Domestic violence affects one in three women and one in seven men in the United States in their lifetime. In 50 percent of cases in which a child is in a domestically violent home, that child is at risk of injury, whether intentional or not.  Supervised visitation not only protects a child from potential injuries, but keeps parents separate as a third party does the exchange; and can address false accusations.  Supervised Visitation protects everyone.
